Do you grow produce and want to have a longer season, deal with fewer weeds, and lose fewer crops to weather damage? Are you selling sweet corn and pumpkins at your stand and want more product diversity? Come join us to explore season extension and crop protection options!

We will cover high tunnels, greenhouses, and low tunnels and how you can use them in your farm system, from construction considerations, management in all seasons, and dealing with both their opportunities and their challenges. We will also dig into using tarping to kill weeds, extend your season, and improve soil health, and how you can manage tarps on a larger scale without going crazy.

Both tunnels and tarps pay for themselves in better product, longer seasons, and less hassle, but they take some thought and preparation to make your farm money—come join us for the discussion!
