Cornell Cooperative Extension Madison County is hiring a Finance & HR Coordinator to support financial and human resource functions. Key
responsibilities include:
- Financial
Management
- Assist
with financial strategy, budgeting, and grant management
- Monitor
budgets, process payments, and maintain financial records
- Ensure
compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Prepare
financial reports and assist with audits
- Human
Resources Coordination
- Oversee
payroll processing and employee transactions
- Support
hiring procedures and compliance with HR policies
- Ideal
Candidate
- Experience
in nonprofit financial management
- Proficiency
in accounting software and financial reporting
- Strong
organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability
to work collaboratively
