We're seeking a passionate individual to deliver engaging Agriculture in the Classroom curriculum, focusing primarily on Dairy. You'll play a key role in fostering awareness and appreciation of agriculture and food systems among students, teachers, and communities. This position involves delivering curriculum, interacting with the public through classroom presentations and out-of-school programs, assisting with program planning and evaluation, supporting year-round 4-H programming, and supporting belonging and inclusion in all interactions. $21-$23/hr depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or Associate’s Degree plus 2 years transferrable program/functional experience.
• Experience relevant to the role of this position, including youth education (formal or non-formal)
• Ability to present effective and relevant educational lessons to target audiences in group settings, including in-school and out of school.
• Familiarity with agriculture and the dairy industry
