Cornell Cooperative Extension Madison County is hiring a Finance Coordinator to support the financial operations of our Association. This part time role works closely with the Executive Director and Shared Business Network to help manage budgets, grants, payroll, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with budget development, grant and contract tracking, and financial reporting
• Process payments, payroll, and daily financial transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audits and compliance
• Serve as a point of contact for staff finance questions
This position is based at the CCE Madison County office in Morrisville, New York and offers competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
