This program will help you learn the basics of Freezing & Dehydrating by demonstrating how to prepare, freeze and dehydrate fresh produce. Freezing & Dehydrating is used in a variety of foods to maintain nutrients. This class will give you the confidence to continue Freezing & Dehydrating in your own home. Bring your questions and be prepared to help with the process. Participants can take items home with them to freeze and use later! Betty Clark is a Master Preserver Volunteer with many years of experience with canning.
