Cornell Climate Steward Volunteers Applications are OPEN!

Are you interested in helping Madison County adapt to our changing climate?

Do you want to learn more about the science of climate change?

Did you ever wish there was a program like Master Gardener Volunteers, but around climate?

Join us to train as a Climate Steward!

Climate Climate Stewards is a statewide program that provides intensive education on climate science, communications, and potential local solutions. Volunteers train and then work on local climate change projects that help support our community's capacity to adapt and be resilient!

From supporting ongoing initiatives and local conservation projects to creating your own project, Climate Stewards is a great way to volunteer to help Madison County prepare for climate change!

Pre-registration and application required! $75 for the training, but scholarships are available.
