Tess grew up as an incredibly involved Cortland County 4-H'er, in her hometown of Cincinnatus. After graduating from high school, she attended SUNY Cobleskill for Agricultural Business Management, where she was involved in Dairy Cattle Club, Coby Buddies (a youth mentoring program), and more. After college Tess went on to work in a few ag industry jobs before finding a place at CCE Madison in 2018. 4-H green runs deep in her veins and she is so grateful to be working with the youth of Madison County to instill the love of the 4-H clover in them! Tess works every day to live by the 4-H motto - To Make the Best Better!
