4-H Youth, Administration
Alyssa grew up in rural Pennsylvania and has been involved in 4-H and animal care from a young age. She earned her degree in Animal Science with a minor in Equine Sciences from Penn State, where she competed on the Western Equestrian Team and was active in the Collegiate Horsemen’s Association. Alyssa went on to work for SmartPak, advancing to Senior Training and Quality Assurance Specialist. Her background includes years of volunteering at barns and leading pony camps, fueling her passion for youth development and animal education. She now brings that enthusiasm to Madison County as the leader of the 4-H Explorers Club and 4-H Equine programs.
