We're excited to announce a series of five canning classes! Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, our series has something for everyone. Join us for one or all of the classes, each designed to help you preserve your harvest and enjoy delicious, home-canned goods all year long.
Betty Clark is a Master Preserver Volunteer with many years of experience with canning and will help guide you through the process of canning.
Bring your pressure canners and have them calibrated before the season starts and ask questions and see what classes are coming up that you are interested in.
