Our Foraging Certification Workshop is back for our spring semester These hands-on classes offer an immersive journey into the world of foraging, plant identification, and food preparation!
Classes take place 10am-1pm every other Saturday starting in April
Class Syllabus:
Mushroom i.d. is NOT covered in this class. Limit 10 registrants. Preference will be given to Madison County residents for registration spots if needed!
Payment on a sliding scale in $25 increments from $25 to $100 due by July 12th. After that, we will only accept registrations if payment is made immediately via Paypal. Many items have to be purchased for this class so we have to have a head count early!! Registration ends April 19th unless the class is full before that. Attendees will receive tools, books, and other items to assist with their foraging pursuits courtesy of the CNY Rural Poverty Grant.
