August 17th: Introduction to Plant I.D. - Field ID, Collection, and Food Preparation
August 31st: No class – Holiday Weekend
September 14th: Plant I.D part 2 – Field ID, Collection, and Food Preparation
September 28th: Plant I.D. part 3 – Field ID, Collection, and Food Preparation
October 12th: Plant I.D. part 4 - Field ID, Collection, and Food Preparation
October 26th: Final Activities – Potluck and Closing; Advanced Registration for
Spring Semester
