Seed Sowing

Madison County 4-H and the Madison County Master Gardener Volunteer Program are partnering to plant seed trays with/for the Madison County Seed to Supper program participants! Please join us in the barn on 3/15 from 5:30-7:00pm! (100 Eaton Street, Morrisville, NY 13408)

This is a great opportunity for 4-H youth to learn about how to start seeds, what it takes to plant and care for them, and learn information about the CCE Madison greenhouse. Youth will also have the opportunity to plant their own tray (with a greenhouse dome!) to take home and watch them grow.

This project also counts as a youth service project, if you participate in all three sessions. The first is Seed Sowing on 3/15, the second is Self Watering Planters on 4/24, and the third is Garden Snacks @ the Seed to Supper Graduation on 5/16. Look for registrations for all three sessions!
