Do you have a system to help you convert what you need to produce for your markets into a greenhouse, seeding, field prep, and ordering plan?
Don't worry if you don't - it's not too late to prepare for the growing season!
Join your fellow farmers for our new monthly farmer discussion group! Each month, we'll dig in to a seasonal topic and get prepared for the great season ahead.
January kicks us off with crop planning, from strategies to assess and tighten up your crop planning, factors to consider in the process, and how to translate those plans from paper into the more hands on tools of seeding lists, field prep and planting lists, seed and supply orders, and more!
There will coffee and snacks, as well as time to ask questions about your plans and farm situation, share supply sources, or just talk farming in CNY.
These sessions are aimed at farmers in their first ten years of production, but open to all, so feel free to drop in and talk shop!
