This is an introductory class for beginners on learning how to make strawberry or other fruit, full sugar, low sugar or no sugar jam, plus freezer jam; a no-cook recipe great for kids that requires no canning equipment. This class will cover the basics of canning in a boiling water bath or steam canner, including equipment needed.
