DESCRIPTION:The Great New York State Fair in Syracuse is one of the biggest celebrations of community, agriculture, creativity, and fun in the state!  4-H youth from across New York shine at the State Fair by sharing the projects, animals, knowledge, and skills they’ve developed throughout the year.  At the heart of 4-H activity at the State Fair is the 4-H Youth Building - a welcoming, interactive space where fairs visitors can explore exhibits, meet youth from counties across the state, and see first-hand what 4-H is all about. Inside, 4-H members host booths, present project work on topics like animal science, STEM, healthy living, and creative arts, and engage fairgoers with demonstrations that make learning fun. The building also serves as a hub for collaboration and friendly interaction throughout the fair. Whether you’re there to cheer on a 4-H exhibitor, sample local flavors, catch a concert, or explore exhibits about agriculture and technology, the New York State Fair offers memorable moments for families, friends, and community members alike.
