DESCRIPTION:Access plots from 216 Ferguson Rd, Dryden.  Enter the farm using the driveway after the barn and sheds.  Follow the field laneway, solar panels will be to your left.  Plots will be to the right.  Watch for signs.What:  See the efficacy of different herbicide programs, both pre and post to control this weed with multiple herbicide resistance.Glyphosate-resistant (GR) weeds including waterhemp are an increasing concerns for NY field crops.  Growers and Industry representatives will have an opportunity to tour and observe effective preemergence and Postemergence applied herbicides for controlling waterhemp in Enlist soybeans.  Dr. Vipan Kuman, Cornell weed scientist, will lead the tour through the small plot treatments and discuss the impact of these integrated herbicide strategies, with multiple modes of active, from a resistance management standpoint.
