After participating in the Madison County 4-H Public Presentations, many youth have the exciting opportunity to advance to the 4-H District Public Presentations! District Public Presentations give 4-H members the chance to share their research, knowledge, and communication skills with a wider audience and judges from across our region.Youth must first take part in their county Public Presentation event, where they prepare and deliver a speech, demonstration, or illustrated talk on a topic they are passionate about. Results from the county level determine who will move on to represent Madison County at the district level.At the District Public Presentations, 4-H members will: Present to a panel of judges who provide positive, constructive feedbackBuild confidence in public speaking and presentation skillsConnect with other youth from neighboring countiesCelebrate what they’ve learned and accomplished through 4-HWhether you’re presenting for the first time or advancing to district, Public Presentations help you grow your voice, leadership, and ability to share what matters to you.
